The AURORA Carbon capture project is now part of the CO2 Value Europe database!

CO2 Value Europe (CVE) data base is a non-profit association representing the Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) community in Europe.

A common mission

Its main activity is to promote the development and market deployment of sustainable industrial solutions that convert CO2 into valuable products, in order to contribute to the net reduction of global CO2emissions and replace fossil carbon with CO2 as a raw material.

A shared vision

Like AURORA, CVE believes that carbon capture and utilisation (CCUS) technologies can help to decarbonise CO2 -intensive sectors where there are few or no alternatives, without replacing large-scale efforts to prevent greenhouse gas emissions.

A common funding structure

CO2 Value Europe supports the communication and dissemination work of five EU-funded projects: CO2SMOS, IMPACTS9, INITIATE, SUNER-C, TAKE-OFF and VIVALDI. The association helps them achieve their overall objectives by engaging effectively with key public and private stakeholders to demonstrate their environmental and economic results and benefits.
